Crossroads
The concept for this series started with the realizations that one discovers when turning 40 years old! Choice and fate play a major part in our lives like the child’s game tic-tac-toe! One chooses to place and X or O in a square and is forced to change direction with an opponent’s choice, the fate side of the equation. The paintings are metaphoric Xs and Os and were intended to make an array of nine paintings in the format of a tic-tac-toe game. This series is ongoing.
